Boostly ("boostly.com.tr") is a digital service platform offering digital marketing consultancy and social media growth services for businesses and content creators. Strategy consulting, campaign management and growth services are provided for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Spotify, Twitch and Telegram.

2. Terms of Service Use

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Being over 18 years of age or having legal guardian consent
• Providing valid and accurate information
• Not using services for illegal purposes
• Not violating the rights of third parties
• Not requesting services for content that violates platform rules and community guidelines

3. User Responsibilities

• Providing correct and valid URL/username information when ordering
• Ensuring account privacy settings are suitable for service delivery (account must be public)
• Not changing account settings during the order process
• Ensuring the security of account information

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TL)
• Payment must be completed before order confirmation
• Payment transactions are processed through secure payment infrastructure
• Credit/debit card information is not stored by us
• After successful payment, the order is automatically processed

5. Service Guarantee and Limitations

Boostly makes every effort to deliver ordered services within the specified time and quantity. However:

• Delays in service delivery may occur due to social media platform policy changes
• Platform-related drops (unfollow, unlike, etc.) are beyond our control
• Our services do not involve a direct partnership or collaboration with social media platforms
• Permanence of results is not guaranteed and may vary depending on platform policies

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, graphics and software on the Boostly website belong to Boostly and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution or modification is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Boostly is not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of services. Boostly cannot be held responsible for negative situations that may occur in the user's social media accounts (account suspension, content removal, etc.). Users use the services at their own responsibility.

8. Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from these terms of use. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes.

9. Changes

Boostly reserves the right to change the terms of use without prior notice. Current terms are published on the website and take effect on the date of publication.
