Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Information

The services provided by Boostly ("boostly.com.tr") are digital content and services. This policy has been prepared within the scope of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Cancellation Conditions

Order cancellation is possible in the following cases:

  • Before the order starts: Full cancellation and refund can be made if your order has not been processed yet
  • After the order is processed: Cancellation is not possible after service delivery has started
  • In case of partial delivery: Partial refund may be considered for the undelivered portion

3. Refund Conditions

Refund requests may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Failure to deliver the ordered service within the specified time
  • Failure to deliver the ordered quantity (incomplete delivery)
  • Inability to start the service due to technical reasons
  • Wrong service delivery (wrong package/platform)

Note: Due to the nature of digital services, refund requests based on general reasons such as "not satisfied" after service delivery are not accepted.

4. Non-refundable Situations

  • Requests made after the service has been successfully delivered
  • Issues caused by user error (wrong URL, private account, etc.)
  • Issues caused by changing account settings after ordering
  • Drops due to social media platform policy changes
  • Disruptions caused by third-party reasons

5. Refund Process

Send your refund request to info@boostly.com.tr with your order number and refund reason.

Your request will be evaluated within 3 business days at the latest.

Approved refunds will be reflected in your account within 5-14 business days depending on the payment method.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 53 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed instantly in digital environment and intangible goods delivered instantly. Service delivery is considered to have started after your order is processed.
